Short and clear, so there are no surprises. You accept them with one tap when you leave your dog.

No refunds
Payment is not refundable.
The time, the products and the care are prepared for your dog. If the service cannot be finished (nerves, aggression, a health issue or lack of cooperation), the salon time has already been used, and the slot you reserved could not go to another client.

Matted or tangled coats
If mats sit against the skin, the cut may come out very short or uneven.
Removing tight mats can leave redness, itching, uneven hair or small nicks, and can reveal irritation or skin problems that were already there under the coat. We do it carefully, with your dog’s health first.

Pickup within 30 minutes
Once we tell you your dog is ready, you have 30 minutes to pick up. After that there is an extra charge.
We message or call you the moment your dog is ready. After 30 minutes an extra charge applies, because the space and the attention stay with your dog.
