Privacy.

What this site keeps, and why. Short, because we keep very little.

• Your booking

When you ask for an appointment we keep your name, phone, email if you give one, your dog’s name and the time you chose — so Melina can confirm it and remind you. We use it for nothing else.

• Visits to the site

We count page views and which buttons are tapped (book, call, WhatsApp), without names, to see what helps people book.

• Google ads

If you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google’s tag tells us whether that visit ended in a booking, a call or a message. We have turned off ad personalisation: it is not used to follow you with ads. You can manage Google’s ads settings at adssettings.google.com.

• We never sell it

Your details are not sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing. To see or delete what we have about you, call or message us.
